Can I just come on my own?
Women should not hesitate to come on their own and many do. Some wonderful friendships have been made. No need to fear not knowing anyone. We are all here for the same thing to enjoy a unique destination, eat and drink well, get in some exercise and have a great time.
Do you book flights?
Yes, our travel logistics partner will book your flight if requested. We don’t include it in the overall package price because some of you may want to book your own flights or do it on points.
How many trips do you do in a year?
We like to provide our Women of Viva with options. We strive to have one short and one long trip per year – shorter duration (4-5 days) to a closer destination and longer trips (10-12 days) to further flung locales.
How much should I budget for my trip?
Varies by destination, what you can count on is we do our best to provide an incredible experience at the best possible price and all our trips are inclusive. Plan on a 5 day ranging from $2,500 up to $4,000 and a 10 – 12 day ranging from $7,500 up to $9,500.

What is not included in my trip?
Your flight and travel insurance.
What are your payment terms?
Terms may vary slightly based on whom we deal with but count on 30% down at time of booking and final payment approximately 90 days prior to departure.
How do I pay for my trip?
Whatever is easiest for you – Visa or Cheque.
What is your cancellation policy?
It varies by supplier but we always clearly publish the terms and cancellation policy in our packages.
Can I buy travel insurance through you?
Yes through our travel logistic partners.
Are tipping and gratuities included?
Yes they are, we want to make it as easy and trouble free as we can.
Do all trips fly out of Toronto?
No, we have had ladies join us from all over Canada and the U.S. You can fly out of your home city and we’ll be there to meet you when you arrive at Viva’s destination.
